Job posts must describe genuine opportunities and comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws.
Success-based fees, where applicable, are payable when a candidate accepts and starts.
Do not scrape the platform, misuse candidate data, attempt to disrupt the service, or use Jork for any unlawful purpose.
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Jork is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms or suspend accounts that breach them. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
